As part of the continuous education & awareness about the importance of the pharmacovigilance and the collection of the drugs’ side effects reports, and with the kind cooperation of The Jordan Food & Drug Administration (JFDA), we’ve conducted a workshop on the “Pharmacovigilance & Rational Drug Use Regulations in Jordan” on the 28th of May 2025.
The big goal of this is to ensure the safety and efficacy of all pharmaceutical products available at the Jordanian market, for the use of patients.
The workshop discussed all the needed details and requirements of the pharmacovigilance, and mentioned the regulations of the promotional materials presented to health care providers and patients as well.
In addition, the workshop explained the JFDA measures & precautions to control the antimicrobial resistance.
